Terms of Service

Treutlen County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. This is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.


Nature of the Service

This private reference site does not keep official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a government request. It organizes links and instructions for Treutlen County jail and release resources, Georgia corrections systems, supervision agencies, and outside research tools.


Acceptable Use Rules

By using the service, you agree to act lawfully and responsibly.

  • Do not violate a law or another person's rights.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
  • Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision.
  • Do not seek unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected language will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
